I Protagonisti

Our first narrator of the day will be a representative of the Jewish Community of Casale Monferrato, who will share with us many interesting anecdotes about the traditions and uses of the small community of Casale, between past and present.

Later we will meet Mrs. Portinaro, owner of a famous confectionery workshop in Casale that every day churns out the delicious krumiri, symbolic biscuits of the city, ready to unveil so many sweet curiosities about this product.
